To complete the Elden Ring Rodrika side quest, follow these steps:
1. Start by talking to Rodrika inside the broken house in Stormveil Hill. She'll ask you to find an item. Head to Stedonweir City, face the direction of three eagles from the city wall tower, then go to the house to the bottom right. Retrieve the Cocoon Cluster Relic (location shown in images below). Return to Rodrika in Stormveil Hill and give her the relic. She'll then return to Great Blessing, where you'll wait for Melina to take you.

2. After reaching Great Blessing, talk to Rodrika and give her the Cocoon Cluster Relic to receive a Golden Seed.
3. Next, talk to Blacksmith Shi'gu about Rodrika. He'll mention Rodrika's potential in soul manipulation. Talk to Rodrika about what the blacksmith said, then return to the blacksmith and ask if he can take care of Rodrika. Keep talking until finished. (If you haven't given Rodrika the relic yet, you can still obtain the Golden Seed when she appears in Great Blessing after returning to the broken house in Stormveil Hill.)
4. After refreshing the map, Rodrika will become a soul manipulator sitting across from the blacksmith.
5. Return to the Cocoon Cluster location to obtain Rodrika's Red Cap.
6. When the Red Grave Dung Eater arrives at Great Blessing, talk to Rodrika and choose "There's something I want to tell you."
7. Explore Sky City and defeat "Black Sword" Marlicas. The Golden Tree will ignite. Return to Great Blessing, talk to Rodrika, and refresh the map to continue the conversation.
8. Talk to the blacksmith and select your response (content may vary). Return to the hall and talk to Rodrika.
